I’ve been really impressed with the results of the lawn treatments and all-round customer service from this company. I was sceptical at first about what results would be possible on our lawn, and whether it would be worth the money, but the annual treatments have worked exceptionally well to reduce weeds and radically improve the quality of the lawn. The company send detailed letters in advance outlining what each treatment is, if you need to avoid cutting before or after, and any likely effects. (I notice some reviews below mention dark patches after some treatments and that’s outlined in letters as a temporary side-effect of certain treatments that kill moss). You can now pay by bank transfer as well as direct debit which makes the service more convenient, and a manager will normally call once a year to check on your lawn and if you’re satisfied. 5* from me as an initially very sceptical customer.
